Noi purtroppo abbiamo dovuto chiedere il cambio delle lenzuola, perche vi erano segni di fondotinta...per non parlare della musica ad alto volume alle 2.00 di notte, alquanto fastidiosa. Alfredo at the reception was friendly very helpful and was there to assist in all queries and touring needs with his very personable nature. This was really a great professional asset. Loved the contemporary feel of the hotel and the relaxed nature without the business of life outside. Great cafes and restaurants all around. Would definitely stay there again if in Catania. "

"Hotel was in a beautiful setting on a cliff overlooking the Ionian Sea. Room was spacious and comfortable. Plenty
of patio space with sun beds by the large saltwater pool and attractive pool bar with extensive bar menu. Food was good. Staff were wonderful. Parking was gated and free - we were lucky to secure a spot as it was off season and one could not reserve in advance. Only criticism was that the hotel was a sprawling design and easy to get lost, and decor a bit dated."
"The property and its views were amazing. Transportation getting to the resort from the airport was expensive. Expedia organized our flight from Toronto to Sicily requiring a ferry to cross then organize a shuttle at the harbour to the resort. This would have added hours and substantial cost to get to the resort. We reorganized so we flew from Toronto to Rome then Rome to Palermo reserving a shuttle at our expense to get to the resort."
"What a pleasant stay! The hotel is so convenient to everything and a nice easy walk to downtown, all of our favorite restaurants, and the kiosko outside the hotel is so convenient for beverages anytime of the day. Rooms were spacious and breakfast option was simple.
Only thing is the bed was not the best. Definitely needs to improve the mattress before we come back and stay. "
